Just little note to help you remember to play with some of those products you would normally just glance at. You know how it is....you come in for paper, a theme page and you see those interesting products that you've never used and you think "I've never used that, and I don't know how to use it, so never mind." Here are two such examples: Distress Stains, and White Flowers.
I love the intensity that distress stains can give you on your projects. You can rub your stains on a Crafting Mat, or wax paper and spray a little water . Then drag your flower through the mixture over and over again until it's saturated with color.
Look how intense the colors are...LOVE IT!
If you want a lighter version you can use a combination of Distress Stains and Tattered Angel Glimmer Mist. Same process, just use a little stain and a lot of mist.
Try something different and see where your creativity takes you!
The Distress Stains come in 12 colors and are $5 each. Glimmer Mists come in a large variety of colors and are $7 each. Petaloo Color Me Crazy flowers come in a variety of styles and sizes, they range from $3.25 up to $36.00 for a package of more than 200 flowers! Possibilities are endless with these wonderful combinations!
I just tried this the other day, it was FABULOUS! Thanks for the idea.
